Rental policies

Rental agreement summary

• The renter must be 18+ and show a valid government photo ID. Riders must be 16+; riders under 18 need a parent or guardian's signature.
• Rider height about 5′1″–6′2″ and weight up to 300 lb. One rider per bike – no passengers.
• Ride sober, follow Florida traffic laws and local ordinances, and use the included helmet.
• No riding on beach sand, dunes, dune walkovers, the pier, or off-road trails. Keep the bike out of salt water.
• Lock the bike to a fixed object whenever it's unattended. Don't lend it to anyone not on the agreement.
• Don't modify the bike or change its speed settings.

Waiver

Cycling carries inherent risks. Every rider (or a parent/guardian for minors) signs a liability waiver and assumption-of-risk agreement before riding. We send it by text with your booking confirmation.

Payment & deposit

Payment is due when your booking is confirmed, via the secure link we text you. We place a refundable $200 card hold per bike, released when the bike is returned in the same condition. Prices are per bike, before applicable Florida sales tax.

Damage, loss & theft

• Normal wear is on us. The renter is responsible for damage caused by misuse, crashes or negligence, up to the cost of repair.
• Lost or stolen bike: up to $1,200 per bike (a police report is required for theft). Lost key $25; lost lock $35; lost helmet at cost.
• Flat tire or mechanical issue? Stop riding and text us – within our delivery area we'll swap or fix the bike.

Late returns

15-minute grace period, then $15 per 30 minutes. Text us if you're running late – we can often extend.

Cancellations & weather

• Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 24 hours before your start time.
• Within 24 hours: 50% of the rental is charged. No-shows are charged in full.
• Weather: if there is lightning, a tropical storm/hurricane watch or warning, or a severe weather warning at your start time, we reschedule free or refund in full. We may also end a rental early for safety, with a prorated refund.

Delivery

Free delivery and pickup within a 5-mile straight-line radius of Juno Beach Pier on Half Day rentals and longer, during our hours (Daily 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM). Someone 18+ with the renter's ID must be present at drop-off.

Privacy

See our privacy policy. We use your phone number only to handle your rental – no marketing texts.
