Privacy policy
Short version: we only use your details to handle your rental. We don't sell your data or send marketing texts.
What we collect
- Booking messages. The booking form on this site does not send data to us or store it. It builds a text/WhatsApp message on your device; we only receive what you choose to send.
- From your messages and rental: name, phone number, delivery address, rental dates, and the details you share.
- ID and waiver: we check a government photo ID at handoff and keep the signed waiver/rental agreement as required for our records.
- Payments are processed by our payment provider; we don't see or store full card numbers.
How we use it
To confirm bookings, deliver and collect bikes, contact you during your rental, handle damage or loss claims, and meet legal and insurance obligations. We don't send marketing texts. We may text you once after your ride to ask for a review; reply STOP and we won't contact you again.
Website analytics
This site may use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and clicks (for example, taps on "Call" or "Text"). If enabled, Google sets cookies and processes data such as your IP address and device information under Google's privacy policy. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Our hosting provider may also collect basic server logs and security cookies.
Maps
The map on our home page loads from Google only when you click "Show map".
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us operate (payment, waiver, messaging), when required by law, or to handle an insurance or theft claim. We never sell your personal information.
Retention & your choices
We keep rental records only as long as needed for the purposes above and our legal obligations. To ask what we hold or request deletion, email hello@jupiterebikerental.com or text 561-725-1920.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
